PDA for notetaking?

I'm thinking about getting a PDA for my student needs, which are mainly notetaking (generally with keyboard), using organization software (syncing with outlook, word, keeping contacts, etc.), and maybe some other minor uses on the side - the occasional game or media usage. What kind of PDAs out there would be a good value for this? I don't really want to drop too much for unnecessary functions but it seems like all the really cheap PDAs have reliability problems.

I have a Dell Axim x30 and have no issues with it, and it has the option of a wired style kb and a bluetooth

did you buy the keyboard seperately, or does dell have one as an accessory?

Dell has them as an accessory
