Friend of mine in college got busted for "excessive acceleration" after doing a burnout in a store parking lot. The police even pulled us out of Blockbuster without letting us pay for our dvds in order to give us the ticket. Some loser must have called them even though he did the burnout nowhere near any cars or pedestrians.
