It's our own fault. As a species.
Whether you like it or not, the human species is full of genetic abnormalities. Some physical (eyesight, hearing, deformities, etc..etc..), and some mental (Pedophilia, Schizophrenia, OCD, and even homosexuality).
My mother and father both had bad eyesight. Naturally, all their children do too.
Pedophiles have a physical attraction to children, just like you do to women and men.
Instead of asking what can you do to hurt these people, or stop them, you must first ask yourself "Why are there pedophiles?"

I fear the only solution to this problem is a reset button on humanity. We have gone too far with no checks and balances.
We have to start over.

Now you may say to yourself that when a child is molested, it can change that child, and that child could become a molester himself.
That is true, but the cause, the why, has nothing to do with that man. It has everything to do with the one who molested him.
Some pedophiles were never molested. So why are they pedophiles? I believe it's genetic.

There is no way to stop them. Like there is no way to win a war on terror.
And there is no way to stop drug dealers.
Shut the internet off and they will just start visiting parks again. Close down the parks and they will take the children from their homes. They are parents, relatives, friends, neighbors. Everywhere.
