Philadelphia Eagles vs Atlanta Vicks

I think you need to walk a fine line with this guy, and it's obviously one thing to say you have to force him to stand in the pocket and throw it, and another to actually do it. I mean, Vick ran for 900 yards as a QB when everyone knows you can't let him run.

The man is a genius! If he can stifle Fumblepepper in 2 straight games, he can stifle Vick. Vick will have so many blitz packages coming at him he'll wish he had mirrors in his helmet.

Its going to be a tough game. I mean they are though running at full strentgth without TO. I mean last year they didnt even have westbrooke. I think if they play the game they have been playing all year, they will advance to the super bowl

The Eagles linebackers are nowhere near as fast as the Bucs.

And it isn't just Vick. I think TJ Duckett is going to be huge in this game. Dunn is a good and fast inside runner, but Duckett can move the pile.

The Falcons defensive line is WAY better than the Vikings. McNabb is going to be flushed and hurried so much more than he was against the Vikes.

This is going to be a good game. The Eagles and their fans had better be ready. If you think the Falcons are Mike Vick and nothing else, you obviously haven't watched them play this year.

A friend of mine here at work asked me who he should pick up for his fantasy playoff team: Atlanta running backs (you get the whole tandem, not just one player), Pittsburgh running backs, or Vick (for QB you just pick the player). My response:

"Wait a minute, I need some clarification first. By running back in Atlanta, do you really mean all of their running backs, or do you not get to include the one that throws the ball every once in awhile."

Fvck Mike Vick. The Cardinals should just trade for Michael Bennett and play him at QB; he'd be fast like Vick, and quite a bit more accurate.

Oh, and I can't wait for track stars that have only touched a football to play pitch-and-catch with their dads start entering the NFL draft. Then we can have a league full of Vicks and Michael Johnsons, and defenses would be unable to stop them all.

In Madden, I refuse to draft a QB that can run because it's just unfair. The defense would never stop me.

Stupid Mike Vick. The funniest thing about him is that they actually consider not benching him in meaningless games because he will lose his rhythm with his receivers. WHAT RHYTHM?! Do you really need rhythm to dump off to Alge Crumpler?

Trotter & Kearse are the ones Vick should be worrying about. However, their both very aggressive so Falcons should try to exploit their aggressiveness with some good fakes. Also, Jim Johnson will bring a lot of blitzing but a good run call against a blitz can result in a large run gain play. It's going to be a huge dose of Duckett & Dunn, as long as Vick is efficient in his few passing plays then they should be ok. Falcons corners need to have a punch em in the mouth mentality like Carolina & Tampa Bay the two years before & play press, physical coverage that the Vikings weren't doing. Falcons need to get pressure on Mcnabb, Westbrook worries me & he can be utilized in a lot of ways. I like the Falcons however because I believe all the pressure is on the Eagles in their 4th NFC Championship game, while the Falcons have a mentality of nothing to lose & everything to gain.
