Physically small RAM?

I just recieved 2 sticks of Kingston 4GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL6 DIMM (KVR800D2N6K2), but upon inspection, the RAM is very small physically.
Will this go into my desktop computer?

Im very confused, ive never seen RAM so small.

They are low-profile, although not advertised as such. Quite useful in ITX builds.

You can treat them as you would any other similarly-rated DIMM. In other words, the only difference between the low-profile RAM you have and "regular" RAM is the physical height.

Great, was hoping as such. I opened the package to great dismay as i thought i had bought the wrong RAM.

Yeah, they are usually used for 1U cases and such, but will work find in any system so long as they are a compatible type of ram.
