places to buy mod supplies?

well, i was looking at pcmods.com and saw stuff like their kit to add a window to the side of your case... now its just some rubber, maybe some glue, and a piece of plexiglass... but its almost $30. are their places that tell you how to make stuff liek that rather than buying the mod kit? or places to buy stuff like this at non inflated prices? thanks.

are you looking for pre-assembled stuff (like etched plexiglass, etc) or not?
