i have this headset, but from what i hear from "hardcore gamers" these things break after a few months use. people recommend you stay away from plantronics.

I have had a set of these for a couple of years, got them back when they were $50... they work great, I love them! I haven't broken them yet...

The price is so nice I would get another pair but... I really don't need another pair.

So, what's better? I've had a hell of a time finding a closed headphone w/mic. I ended up settling for this. What is the best closed headphone w/mic, for gaming?

i love these too. have had them for about 1.5 years now, nothing has broken or doesn't work or cracked or fallen apart. like a car, if you take care of it, it tends to last longer. use them for all my online games and any voicecomm software. no problems tagged with my SB Audigy.

hell, i paid $30+ for them. my brother just busted his by stepping on them. common geek stuff i guess.
