Please help me please!!!

I have a scsi setup that has run fine for over a year. Of course I had to take it apart for no good reason and put it back together 3 months later. Now the machine doesn't work.
The only difference between the working version and the non working version are a pentium III 450 and pentium III 500 and I don't have the 450 anymore. I have tested the processor in other machines and it works.
The problem is no picture. I plug everthing in and no video. I replaced the video card 3 times still nothing. So I thought it was the motherboard, replaced the motherboard and still no picture. Replaced the memory, took out all the cards, unplugged all of the drives, tried the monitor on my laptop works fine. Running out of ideas.
No beeps or anything all that is connected to the motherboard is power and the video card. Still no picture. I am thinking it is the power supply, but the fan is getting power. Why wouldn't I get any beeping?
Sorry about the rambling but this is getting so frusturating. Please help.

Since it seems like you replaced everything else, you might as well replace the power supply! But this will bump you and maybe somebody else could give you a better idea. Any chance at all that the monitor is no good?

i had this identical problem 2 nights ago running a duron 600 @ 950 on a kt7raid ...i was using an adaptec 2940U2W with an IBM HDD and a Plextor CD-ROM...for some reason after installing the scsi card and the hdd WinME crashed...then Win2K crashed due to hardware errors...i rebooted and the monitor started receiving no signal...it frustrated the hell outta me...but i figured it out later...there was some kind of hardware conflict between my video card (voodoo 3500 tv in/out) and the scsi controller with the hdd plugged in...i took out the video card...changed cards...and magically it booted right up liek normal...i then turned off the pc and reinserted the video card...and now everything works except that scsi controller...which i posted a question about earlier...you might try the video card...but if you want more info...include a little more info about the hardware you are using...

If this is a slot 1 cpu you may not be getting the cpu seated all the way in. That will cause a problem like the one you describe. I had one that took an undue amount of pressure to get seated.

I am going to try a power supply but I don't think it's that. There is no way it is the video card, this is my third one.

Are you sure that your mother board holds up to a PIII 500? We had a similar problem, We put a PIII 800 on the MB and it wouldn't give us any picture. The reason why was because the motherboard wouldn't hold PIII 800. So check your motherboard specs and see what it holds up to, You may just have to upgrade the Bios and see if it holds it. Let me know.
