The wiring job doesn't look that bad, certainly not enough to screw up the airflow. At any rate, I'm glad you like it.
Also I noticed that if I leave the computer on long enough, there is so much (static?) power built up that when I touch the outer part it's almost like my hair is standing or I'm getting ever slight discharges... weird! I notice every desktop that I have built is like that, what is the cause? I have touched other desktops, they don't seem to have these issues. Kinda brings back distant memories of my last desktop after having used laptops exclusilvely for almost 5 years.
Sounds to me like the plug you're using (or some other intermediate device) isn't properly grounded. I'd get that checked out ASAP.

This, I'm surprised you've had this before and treated it normally tbh lol. This buildup is fatal to your system if it ever makes contact with a component of your system. Luckily for motherboard risers it hasn't happened yet but that is far from normal behavior.
