Please someone HELP!!!!!

I tried to start up my computer and when that little Windows XP loadin thing starts a blue screen comes up saying my computer was shut down to stop problems and says: UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME. I CANT START UP MY COMP, SOME HELP!!!

Read the MSKB article on it I suggest chkdsk/r and if necessary chkdsk/r and fixboot options.
