They owe me $300 -- I have no reason to believe I will ever get it. Heck, even the new site has failed to post ANY winners from the "Grand Opening" giveaways. The Winners page says "Check back November 4th" -- I think it is November 8th now, isn't it ... It is amazing that they are trying to entice more purchases with promises of cash back when they can't even pay what they owe back to August. I think this is a last ditch effort to see if the % back stuff draws customers, becauase I bet NO ONE has bought anything through PointDick since they switched their format to Sweepstakes entries. BS :disgust:

Yeah Coki, we scrubs read the rules. And we've read them back verbatim to the csr's from PC on the phone. Bush's campaign slipped in a line from a Who song... &quot;We won't get fooled again!&quot;... I think that applies here as well. Most of us scrubs have been promised our checks in email statements, and some of us even by phone. I haven't wasted my time to go to their page to see if they really are offering a cash rebate again, but if they are, it's pretty damn close to fraud. One has to assume they have no intention of sending any money for these, since they've in fact lied repeatedly about past checks. And I'll go a step further... assuming that most of the participating vendors know PC owes people money as well, then they too are dancing on the fraud line unless they are willing to guarantee these rebates themselves (again, if there really IS such a program again).

DiRF probably copied this from an email, so that's why it sounds so advertised...

and coki, the 4 times a month is ebates... and probably others, but pointclick is *supposedly* monthly. Personally, I got my checks, lucky I guess... altho the last check I got was a MONTH after the posted date.. and there was a 60 day validity on it....

Pointclick owes me ~$35.00. ($24 approved, another $11 or so because they would not respond to my requests to approve a subsequent purchase for 10% reimbursement). I gave up on it a long time ago as a bad debt, and will never have anything to do with them again. Pointclick, has now expended more of my time, (and yours) than they are worth.
