I called back and talked to a supervisor who offered to find out who I spoke to but I told her I really didn't care.. I told her she can call herself and find out why I'll never use UPS after this experience. I know that means nothing to them and is an empty consumer threat I imagine they receive all the time but it doesn't make it any less untrue having said it.
I sent an email to the seller describing how I'd like it packaged this time. He assured me it was sent properly, he even shipped it from his company's shipping warehouse using the same materials (rubber foam, peanuts, bubble wrap) but I'll try and get him to double box it this time and ship it via FedEx w/ a faster shipping time. 2 days isn't bad from UPS, but apparently they used it as a punching bag for those 2 days.
