Cold pizza is awesome. There's just something about it though if anything congeals (ie., grease), it can be rather disgusting. Even worse is pizza reheated in a microwave. It's like eating wet paper towels -- yummy! :disgust:
Best reheating/cooking is on a pizza stone though. I just leave it in the oven, and it makes the crust nice and crispy. Just make sure you let it heat up a LONG time for it to be thoroughly heated. One chef recommended putting one directly on the burner which evens out oven temperature and can make an old oven work perfectly (especially for baking).
