Thanks peeps, I had thought this thread got deleted because I had searched on Etoys. I ordered on 1/12 and still it says 'In process'

Just checked again and my orders for 1/12 and 1/13 have shipped from VA. Better than being shipped from CA when you are in FL. Can't really understand their jacked up shipping prices when they are using parcel select, though. That's the service where they strap it to a jackass and then give him a swift kick, right?

I placed my order on the 1/12 and just got one of the nice letters about might not get all or part of your order mioght not be sent when they originally stated.

I will not care when they ship it as long as they ship it to me.

I'm curious to in what order they are fulfilling the orders. I've seen some people that ordered on 1/13 and haven't gotten any confirmation and some that ordered on 1/12 and have goten confirmation. Maybe size of order, or did they break out the dartboard?

My orders are getting broken up into parts (not surprising;
you can't put that many full sized toys in a single shipable
box).

Anyway, parts of four orders have now shipped. All by USPS
"Select". Which, from the shipping window provided, is probably
Parcel Post. Which is a sucky shipping method. Certainly way
too sucky for what they're charging for shipping. But whaddayagonnado?
Even with the shippy shipping prices, it was still a deal.

Kinda like a lot of the Pricewatch deals, actually.

Wow, just checked and probably 75% of my orders have shipped. I fully expected cancellations or very long delays but they are keeping their word.

Note to anyone who bought any of the JamCam and related stuff
and expected to get a rebate or whatever: The KB rebate coupons
say the rebate form has to be posted within two weeks of the
RECEIPT date. That means if your stuff doesn't get to you within
2 weeks of when you ordered it (and if it arrives at the outside
of their shipping estimates--15 days--it won't), then no rebate...

Ordered my software on 1/12, called them on 1/15, it took about a 1/2 an hour to talk to someone. Found out their not going out of business, they just wanted to clear out some inventory. Anyways the woman I talked to said they had some massive orders over the weekend and thats why it was taking so long to get all the orders processed. I received an email on 1/16 from etoys that said my order was shipped, and they also sent a tracking number to.
