My first thought was invisibility for sure. Then I realized with flight, as long as you kept your skills subtly hidden, you could become a professional athlete, say in Track and Field or Basketball, which would eventually lead to money and power that you didn't have to steal! Sort of...

Flight wins. If you wanna do some criminal stuff, you can take off with flight.

Plus, be invisible all you want. It's not fun when you need to walk 5 blocks to go somewhere and you can't fly...

So this just gave me a funny thought... there is a 7-11 a couple blocks down the street that I usually drive to because I'm too lazy to walk. So I was thinking how nice it would be to just fly out the front door and touch down at the convenience store, when I realized what a complete tard I would look like. Imagine the blank stares you would get when you land with one hand on your hip and the other pointed skyward, all like "Superman needs a pack of Marb Lights, b!tches!"

This thread seems familiar. Anyways, I said this before:

Invisibility = Hit by a truck.
Flight = Hit by a plane.

Neither sound too inviting...

Is invisibility just invisible to light spectrum or total invisibility (heat/infrared/etc)?
If the latter, I think it'd be more useful to be invisible. Could always hop a plane somewhere/anywhere, just take a bit longer.

If I were invisible, then I could just sneak on the planes when I needed to fly.

Invisibility FTW!

Can you pick up same 75lb rock if you were invisible?

Flight > Invisibility

1000 mph without harm and we still have people choosing invisibility!!??
That is crazy.

1000 mph = 1470 feet per second (faster than some pistols can fire a round)

Now if you could go at the Speed of Plaid, that would be a unanimous winner.

Invisibility has too many ways to get busted. Say you're catching the free ride on the plane in the empty handicap seats and some 300 lb guy comes and tries to lounge in the row you're in? What about when you're trying to get around people and they keep getting in your way until you're trapped? If its raining you'll leave a water trail. No good when you're sick.

If you really wanted to see some "sights", just peep through some windows (80 stories up wearing a black tarp on your back so if anyone sees they'll think its some construction thing). If you wanted to get rich, being able to fly at that speed would allow you to find a way to steal small stuff like diamonds/watches or even money bags during transfer.

Invisibility. Imagine the interesting things one could learn in the offices of partner members of M&A and LBO firms and Google's executive suite.

How's that song go: Money for nothin' and kicks for free...

Then again I wouldn't do much with invisibility except maybe play some pranks.

What if you get hit by a car because you're invisibile? Flying is wayyyy cooler to sore through the cloud and cut travel time by 10.

Flying in a plane isn't nearly as good. You don't control where you want to go, an airplane travels much slower, and you can't exactly see any good sights from 30,000 feet above the surface.

Yea. And you have to drive to the airport and what.. run all the way through security? Sure ur invisible so you could run right through, but how large is an airport?

I think everyone thinks of invisibility as something like you could get away with doing anything.

However, if you're flying at 1000 mph as a person, you could really get away with anything. Getting shot down? Nah. You just stop wherever u want and hide. Cops coming? Fly away. Planes following you? Drop down into nowhere. Pwn. SUre you're not invisible, but ur a blur going 1000mph...

You could go ANYWHERE pretty damn fast. Anywhere in your neighborhood, city in a couple of minutes. You could go cross country in like 4 hours tops. You couldn't do that if you're invisible. Yo uwould still have to get to an airport and do whatever, and spend about 7 hrs total to fly from east to west coast..

If you can fly you can go stalking in your visible form and when the stalkee calls the cops you can just fly away.

I have dreams about flying. I've never dreamed about being invisible.
So flight would be a dream come true.
