Homer is undeniably my favorite character (he is just so damn funny) but they are all great. Bart has some great one-liners too, and most of the minor characters crack me up (Apu, Professor Frink, Ralph Wiggum, Comic Book Guy, Rod & Todd Flanders, etc., etc.).

Wiggum is one of the funny ones though, he's just such a perfect stereotype image of a completely non-caring and lazy-ass police chief.....
