hehe, pretty lame, but I thought I'd post it and se what everyone else has to say.
Let's think for a second here, without AMD, Intel would cost soo much. We'd be paying around $3,000 (or more) just for a p4. I mean, with no competition, nothing is stopping them. People would have to unload their wallet (or purse ) just to get a decent computer.
When AMD arrived, however, Intel was forced to lower their prices because AMD was cheap and good. I still think Intel is too pricey, considering you can get (around) the same performance for a couple $100 less.
