I voted Pitch Black. that movie Ownz.

What about most overlooked movie?
There are some great movies from small companies or just don't have the distribution that the BIG movies have.
Boon dock saints is one of them.
Also Grave of Fireflies is sooooo overlooked. Unless you are an anime fan you'll never see this movie, which is a shame. It's one of the best movies I've ever seen. Currently I'm making all my friends watch it.

On the THE most underrated movies: "Robin Hood: Men In Tights" That movie is soooo funny.

Achoo: "Hey Blinkin"
Blinkin: "Did you say Abe Lincoln?"
Achoo: "No, I said Hey BLINKIN!"

Robin: "Blinkin, this is achoo"
Blinkin: "A Jew?"
Achoo: "No, achoo brother!"

Blinkin is blind, so you guys know.

The other scenes are funny as well. The ones with the rabbi are hilarious.
