GUARANTEED if he is an outdoors guy and doesn't already have a maglite, get him the 6 D maglite. It's the biggest one you can buy and totally ridiculously large. I bought my brother one for Xmas.

I wouldn't "get" him anything, but rather, do something for him. Spend the day w/ him and then make him and yourself a really nice dinner complete w/ candles and dessert. Give him a massage, go to a field and lay on a blanket and watch the stars together. Plus, I always like making a really nice card saying "i love you" or "i love to be WITH you" (if you haven't said the "L" word yet!)
