Actual email exchange with the poopfreeze people. When I printed it out, his response comes before my questions, rather than the order printed below. Reading from the top (without seeing my questions yet), one of the funniest 'serious' emails I've ever received. Does answer some questions, but boy, their shipping is expensive!

What effect does poopfreeze have on short pile carpet? e.g., say my dog had diarrhea on a short pile carpet & I sprayed it with your product. Any danger of the carpet fibers freezing and snapping off when I pried up the frozen diarrhea?
Also, how much does a can treat? e.g., approx. how many uses would one get out of a 10 oz can for say a medium (50-60) dog?
Lastly, what are shiping costs? (say for a 10 oz. can to zip 27343 in NC).
Thanks for your response.

Hi there,
Thank you for your email regarding Poop Freeze. Let me answer your questions in numerical order.
Poop Freeze is safe for most carpets. We do recommend you spraying our product first in an inconspicuous spot to see what reaction, if any, will happen to the carpet.
When using Poop Freeze on diarrhea on short pile carpet, first spray the top and sides of the poop. Then, if you feel that the top side is solidified, use the nozzle that comes with Poop Freeze to help flip the poop over so that you can spray the bottom side. If the diarrhea is now frozen to the carpet, we recommend using a paint spatula to help lift up the poop. As you?re lifting up the diarrhea, use the red nozzle to spray the back side. By doing this, you will be frosting two sides of the poop, and making it easy to pick up the poop.
For a medium sized dog with average poop, a can should last roughly 3-4 weeks if used daily. But this all depends on the size of the poop.
Shipping costs would be $8.45 via FedEx ground.
The prices on our website will be increasing after this weekend. Be sure and order some before then. Thank you
Aaron
