Pop-Up Blockers

I was looking for a free popup blocker that you can hide from view of anyone. So that no one can mess with the settings. Most of the popup blockers integrate themselves and leave an icon on the tool bars of internet explorer. I am looking for something that I can hide from view. Anyone know of anything like this?

Get Google's toobar for IE and configure it to hide the config icon.

I use Mozilla Firebird. Works well for me.

the reason that I want to hide it is because one of the production managers at my company is constantly playing games the come on popup ads. You know those stupid orbitz games. He's on it for like hours at a time.

We want to block him without him knowing it because he'll just ask us to remove it, if he does know. And I can't say no cuz he is the type to run to our CEO (they are friends) and start complaining that we aren't doing our jobs and make up some stupid ass story.

Basically we have to do this without him knowing and he is untouchable because of the people he knows.
