Alright. I am truly convinced that Back To the Future is one of the best trilogies in movie history. All 3 are strong. The 2nd in the trilogy supports on the first one and the 3rd in the series uses ideas from both 1 and 2. Its a great trilogy hence my nickname. The Godfather's (as great as the first 2 are) 3rd part is weak, and I dont count Star Wars a trilogy due to the Prequels coming out. The Robocop tirlogy sucked except for the first one. The only other "flawless" type of trilogy i see as a great match would be Lord of the Rings. Let me know what you think.

Is there a noticable difference between CAS2 and CAS3? Is it worth the extra cost to get high quality ram or will average stuff work? What about for overclocking?

I've been a member since maybe '98 or '99. This is my first post on this account which I made after the forum database incident. The first several pages of the search shows all my posts being in the Distributed Computing forum. I haven't set foot in there in years.

Hello everybody.

I've just rejoined TA's RC5 crusade after a half year hiatus (used to be a regular here a year or two ago). Been cracking on my own for the past month so I've got 10,000 blocks to contribute so far.
I've got 3 computers cracking at home, and I've gotten a friend's Duron 700 to help out as well.

Good to be back,
Nohr.

Ahh the AT RC5 team, those were the days.

You should check your motherboard's manual to see it the video card is compatible with your mobo. When I bought mine I noticed that in the manual is it said it was not compatible with Video Cards that require voltage higher than 1.6 or 1.5 (I don't remember). If you don't have the manual you can probably got the the abit website and d/l it..

Woah. I'm registered for seven months.
Time flies...

Sorry for digging out this thread, but since your travel is about to start, you may be open to some last minute suggestions First, hotels in Switzerland aren't cheap... There are some relatively cheap youth hostels and backpacker hotels around but i would think twice before booking there because you said that your in-laws are going to be with you... Solutions of this kind are for young people who stay in their room only a few hours per day In case you've not already figured it out, here is the official website of Switzerland Tourism.

Second. I live in Zurich but i really try to not be insulted There is a ton of stuff and places to view and visit here. Wikipedia is a good start for more information if you're interested.

That said, it seems like you're more interested in central Switzerland. Well, I for one would not go to Interlaken. If your companions aren't into wandering, wellness and nature, man they will be bored in this 5000 inhabitants province nest.

Instead I suggest you Lucerne. It is smaller than Zurich or Geneva but it still gives you a lot of possibilities of what to do there. The old part of town is beautiful, as is the lake and the old Kappel Bridge. The Swiss Transport Museum exhibits many locomotives, automobiles, ships and aircrafts and is worth a visit.

Don't limit yourself to the place you are going to visit. You are going to be here around a week, thus i recomend one or two trips. Most spots in Switzerland are reachable by train in little time. If your companions have no special interest (landscapes, mountains or glaciers, wandering...) why not visit something the States don't have, like a medieval castle? Munot Castle in Schaffhausen is one of the biggest (and why not visit the Rhine Falls when you're already in Schaffhausen?).

Be sure to grab some chocolate and drink some beer of one of the small breweries... Souvenir hunting is easy, too... If you have any specific questions about tourism in Switzerland, just ask.

" What is the fastest card available today that won't be held back by AGP 4x (as opposed to 8x, of course)?"

This was back when I actually came here to get tech info.

"Wow good thing I slipped in my last $200 reimbursement a few weeks ago for a 17" monitor. That makes $619 free stuff from pointclick...amazing!" Link

Heh the good old days of the internets. Free money for clicking links!

What's wierd is I didn't post for 6 months after joining? Maybe I screwed this up somehow

Or maybe I'm a "really old member"?
