Still got five systems running dual PII/300/512M: three webservers, the secondary news server, and the NFS server. Two dual PIII Xeon/550/1G (webserver and main news server), a dual PIII/850/2G (webserver), a dual PIII/1.1G/2G (mailserver), a single PIII/550/512M (mailserver that needs to be replaced), a single Athlon/1.3G/512M (security/monitoring machine also due for replacement), three dual UltraSparc/300/2G, one Hypersparc/150/512M, four assorted single-CPU DNS machines, either Pentium or Pentium-II based, and a single-CPU PII/450/512M backup server that spools the data from the other machines out to the tape libraries. Except for the DNS machines, pretty much everything is running some flavor of MegaRAID, the particular model depending on the age of the machine.
That's this week, anyway. As mentioned, two machines really need to be replaced and I'm still collecting parts to fill out the CycleQuad compute servers, which are quad UltraSparc machines with up to 4G of memory.
