Do you really need to spend $300 on a case?

You could probably spend less on the PSU also.

I had previously used Antec SOHO cases. I just want something clean and functional. I don't want light up LED fans or some ridiculous color. This is something I can reuse on future builds so I'm fine spending some money on it.

Other PSU I looked at was an Antec NeoPower 650 at $89.99.

That HD is very fast. I would not get a 4850, if you were considering a GTX260 then I'd say consider the Radeon HD 4870 as well but not the 4850.

Get the PC Power & Cooling PSU if you can live without modular cables, which admittedly helps reduce cable clutter or get the Thermaltake if you want a modular PSU.

I'm also going to go with the others in saying that is one super expensive case...For $300 you can get an Antec 1200 and a 1kw PSU.

Just remember with that Intel P45 chipset, you CANNOT run dual cards (sli) using Nvidia cards. With that chipset, ONLY ATI/AMD dual cards (crossfire) can be used . If you just use a single card, either one will work...

From what I've read the X58 Intel Chipset will allow both SLI (nvidia) AND Crossfire (ATI/AMD)

Tough to give recommendations without knowing what the computer is going to be used for.

Mainly gaming:
Grand Theft Auto 4
Starcraft 2
Diablo III

Also as a file server and media encoder. I mainly use my MacBook Pro so this is going to be for games and heavy CPU/hard drive use.
