Yes, I knew that, due to the lack of grammatical correction there, I took it as something else. But then again, I suck at grammar, so I shouldn't be talking
I agree that lab tests, say not much effect, but I most certainly notice a difference in my house. Of course, as I said, my area is kinda known for its common brownouts. And power usage is a lot better.
A PSU with APFC can run fine down to 90v AC where as a PSU with PPFC or non at all is going to run into problems much faster. Either way the hold up time should be much better with an APFC since non PFC PSU?s are constantly wasting (AC) power anyway regardless of whether or not you charged for it (apparent vs. actual draw).
