i have a dell (*sigh*)
it is in my sig
it consists of 2 dvd drives, 1x 160 gb hdd, p4 3 ghz, 1.5 gigs of ram.
it has a 375 watt psu, dual 12v+ 18 a on both...(which runs my over clocked 6800gs at 500/1200)
The 8800gts is way ahead of 6800 and requires more power although it is efficient.
im thinking the 375watts aint gonna cut it because nvidia recommends 400 watts at least.
Do i really need the upgrade though? it would help if i didnt considering my budget.
if i had to it would be an upgrade to seasonic 430 watt psu (80% or higher efficiency)
but i would also need a dell converter
