Printing in AOL 8.0

My friend wants to print within AOL 8.0 but it won't work. When he goes to Print it just prints out the date and the URL. I've tried opening it with IE and it's the same. But, if I copy and paste into a Word Processor it prints perfectly.

Anyone know the problem? He was recently infected with a virus when he opened a mail, could that be it? (He's using Norton Anti Virus 2004).

Yeah, if I were running AOL, my "friend" would probably also be having problems... j/k

The only thing I can think of is that the page you're printing is some sort of weird framed page - and the browser is somehow selecting an empty frame to print. Do all the other applications print?

Has he tried reinstalling IE? How about trying another browser?

Specificly, he goes to AOL mail inside AOL and tries to print and nothing on the page prints.

Same when we tried to access AOL mail from the web.

reinstall the virus known as AOL 9.0
