Problem with Forge Alliance

I just tried to play Forged Alliance for the first time in a while and I was greeted by a very disturbing issue. With AA turned off everything looks fine, but as soon as I turn it on it looks like this.

This is the only game I've seen this in. I'm running an HD3850.

I've noticed it only happens along shorelines. Has anyone else seen this?

I have a 2900 pro, never noticed that. you have updated drivers?
