I just replaced my motherboard with a GA-7DXR and have an "interesting" problem.
It works fine with this exception. If I do a soft shutdown (windows start->shutdown->shutdown) the computer turns off, then a couple of minutes later turns back on. Also to note, during this whole time, the num-lock LED on the keyboard is lit.
If I do a hard shutdown (use the power button) the computer doesn't come back on.
Any ideas? Wake Up is not enabled in the BIOS and the WOL cable isn't even installed.
