Problem with INTERNET EXPLOER/Cookies

Hi.

For some reason, everytime i reboot/shutdown and restart the Computer/Windows XP/Internet Explorer 6.........the browser wouldn't remember my login details.....even if i clicked the "remember me" option thre previous time.....

I'm thinking it has something to do with the cookies......but don't know how to fix it....

I tried to reset Internet Explorer defaults.....but that didn't help as well.......

ALSO,

For some reason now, everytime i restart the computer/windows/IE.....the default homepage is always www.microsoft.com (MSN)....and even if i changed it to another address......it would only work as long as i did not shut down my computer or restart it.

sounds like your settings are set to read only or something cookies are controlled by tools>internetoptions>privacy
