So today when I booted up my desktop, a blue screen pops up that I have never seen before. It says:
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS emory options such as cashing or shading. If you need to use Safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, Press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Also sometimes when I restart it without any boot disk inside, it says NTLDR is Missing. WTF does that even mean?
That is the blue screen that pops up. WTF is going on here? I have not installed anything new software or hardware wise. It just came out of nowhere. I unplugged everything except for the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power plug and this screen still pops up. Also I swapped in a new clean HD and when I tried to boot up and install Windows on it, this same screen pops up so this leads me to believe that it is not a HD problem. HALLLPPP.
