she said she couldn't find that option... and i can't really sit there and look for it cuz shes in tx and i'm in kentucky right now... sorry... and now dell fvcked it up even more to where she cant access a few web pages

cookie control is set to off if that helps

UNcheck that box.

after that, there might also be an ad-block section in ez firewall:
Privacy/Main->Custom in "ad blocking"->UNcheck "animated ads"

well, if that last suggestion for modifying the ad-blocking settings doesn't work then i think i'm gonna have to take one in the loss column for this one. i'll leave with:
the techsupport page for ez firewall (with links to the knowledge base which kind of sucks but that's where i found some settings: http://www.my-etrust.com/Support/TechSupport.aspx

-also: do be sure that she did clear the cache

and then a restart.
