problems with my Microsoft Keyboard

anyone else having a problem with theirs?
sometimes i'll hit j, but it'll write a k. i don't understand why. perhaps a faulty connector. here is a link to a picture of my keyboard, perhaps someone can see some damage to it that i'm missing.

I doubt you would still have a warranty. I am speaking from experience here too, I had a similar problem with my HP internet ready keyboard. HP didnt even respond when i asked them for an RMA number. I was pretty dissapointed

I have one of those crappy Microsoft keyboards too, except mine's a Natual Elite. Maybe Microsoft is trying to screw us over with crappy hardware too. Anybody familiar with Microsoft's warranty on such a problem?

I had some problems with my Microsoft Natural Keybord I called them and they sent me a replacment. Call them, from my experience they seam very helpfull and easy to deal with.

hmm, but your warranty was probably still good?
i have a feeling that mine is void and my conern is that will not honor it. based on this photo, do you think my warranty is possibly still valid:

It looks void to me, but I would call them anyway just don't mention the paint job.

Only problem I've had so far is the crappy squeaky noise my keyboard makes... it sounds cheap as hell, and it's a Natural Pro...

I'm fairly certain that spray painting your keyboard would void your warranty.

But if you'd like why don't you call MS and ask them, instead of this forum.
