Program for Repairing JPG header?

Hello,

I have recovered around 900 pictures off of an SD card, some 430 of which are readable off the bat. However, the rest, while they are around the same size as the other ones that can be read, appear to have corrupt headers. Is there an application that can repair the headers of these files, preferably in a batch mode?
