So I just found some pics of me that I took about three months ago. And that inspired me to go take some pictures of myself now, and....wow.
Can you guys see any difference?
Lol, the before pics are right after I stopped lifting and put on way too much fat (170).
For the recent ones (~145-150), I just do pushups/pullups/leg raises/situps/any body weight excersizes. But I do run a combined total of about an hour and a half a week? Or so.
