So I just found some pics of me that I took about three months ago. And that inspired me to go take some pictures of myself now, and....wow.

Can you guys see any difference?
Lol, the before pics are right after I stopped lifting and put on way too much fat (170).
For the recent ones (~145-150), I just do pushups/pullups/leg raises/situps/any body weight excersizes. But I do run a combined total of about an hour and a half a week? Or so.

Nice congrats! One of the things I love about working out is that you see real results, and that progress just motivates you even more

wow all of that with just basic floor exercises? i must be doing something wrong. i have a very skinny body type though maybe i need to eat more protein.

Yup. The only thing I do with a weight (I'm about to get castrated) are bicep curls. I do three different types, 10x3, every other day. Hate it all you want, but it works for me.

And my diet is quite possibly the worst, ever. Fast food....probably 10 times a week. And I drink pop out the ass.

I dunno if I should be saying good job then. I don't think you should necessarily be bragging either. I'm not trying to put you down, but what really have you done to deserve bragging rights? You've controlled your intake of calories, but haven't controlled what calories you put into your body. I understand that it's not easy, but always strive for further progress. You started by eating less, now incorporate eating right. Then move onto another factor of you life that needs improvement (maybe real exercises ). Step by step is the only way to push forward. Good job for starting, now let's keep it going.

Oh, I know entirely. But I work in fast food, and I'm usually there all night several times a week, and have no chance to eat anything else. Before I started with heavy night shifts is when I lost most of my weight, it's kinda leveled out since then.

But the thing is, everyone in my family is um...large?, so the fact that I kicked genetic's ass till this point is a huge accomplishment for me. I haven't really done anything other than to eat less, really. But the shift my body took is amazing in more ways than one.
