Honestly, its not bad for online and in stock. I did the same thing last year with the 360 and toysrus, but had to fight them instore take all their sh1t back.
With Walmart yer guranteed that you'll get back yer $400 worth of padded crap.

I have to say tho, I own all 3 consoles and the ps3 is the sh1ttiest. It feels so unfinished/incomplete. (I have the 60g)

Um, you're going to play more than one $60 game over the life of the console. I bet you invested MORE in your computer. And the PS3 will probably have a good 5 - 6 years of gaming life.
