That lists several different power supplies in the same product range. It says "MODEL: 450PA" on the lower right, so I assume your unit is the KY-450ATX. 10 amps on the +12V rail is not enough to power that PC, the unit is designed for older hardware running mostly on +5V and +3.3V power. You'll need a new power supply. Where are you located / what shops do you buy from?

It might work under light load but I would not recommend it at all. It probably has a fast recovery diode pack for the 12V which would get overloaded under heavy load and if it blew it would probably kill some components. Pretty much any PSU you find now-a-days will be better than that one.

That power supply is very low quality and should not be used, despite its rating being at least twice what your computer will ever draw, since it may cause damage if it fails, whether from overload or random breakdown.

10 A on a 350 W PSU that is suspect (10 * 12). What you need to do is read up on how much your GPU draws on the 12V rail and find a unit that delivers that. Then read some reviews or post and hope somebody will know in detail.
(For elaboration. A unit where less that 50% load is delivered on the 12V rail is not an old unit it is not a unit at all. )

Some units are a direct danger to a system. If first the unit lights up, the system is at great risk.

20+4 means it's compatible with both 20-pin (old) and 24-pin (new) motherboards

i3-3220 = max. 55W, but since you're not using integrated graphics, let's say 50W.
7750 = less than 50W
hard drives, motherboard etc. = less than 50W

So you're looking at roughly 150W absolute maximum +12v power consumption with all components fully loaded. That's 150W/12V = 12.5A. Adding a healthy +50% buffer, you will run the PC fine on any decent quality 18A unit. However, no ATX form factor unit from reputable manufacturers is so weak - you're pretty much forced to buy a 350W+ unit with a much stronger +12V rail than you need
