if your sink is a push pin sink, and you want to change to a bolt though, you need to mod the retention system.
If your not comfortable or familiar with working with bolts and sorts, i wouldnt recomend moding the retension system.
If you still want to try, here is what i recomend... You need to find something simular to these:
<I DO NOT CLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY>
Mounting hardware:

BackPlate:

The mounting hardware screw will screw onto that backplate. Your going to discard everything on that thermalright kit minus the backplate.
1. Screw the screws from udner the plate to top so it sticks out x 4.
2. Slide the plate under the board so the screws ligns up and you can slip them though.
3. Then your going to place the plastic washer with nut to secure the backplate to the motherboard so it dosent move.
Now the hard part is the holding plate on the sink. It should be connected via push pins. You need to remove the pushpin out completely so you can save the hole. Once the pins are out, the metal plate, you need to file it down so you have a flush mount on the hole. Its not a simple mod if you dont know what your doing.
Like in this picture.

OR you can file down the Thermalright TOP part so the middle bubble doesnt come out, and replace your current top with this one if you can remove it.
Once you have all thaat done.. You can clamp the sink on tight with the washer spring bolt.
As i said its not simple if you never played with moding before.
