Question on good old OC'ing

Ok i have a gigabyte 6bxc, and a p3 650 100fsb

which is the smartest thing to do, up it to 112fsb, or is it wise to mess with the frequency ratios??

If by frequency ratios you mean the multiplier of the CPU, on Intel chips they are locked and can't be changed. The only way to overclock your P3 is to up the FSB.

Is that a Katmai core or the Coppermine core? Katmai will max out at 112fsb, 650E should get 133fsb if it is an fcpga, maybe even if it is slot 1.
