Questions about OEM harddrives and partitioning

I just purchased a Dell 120 gig 8 meg cache hard drive. I've never purchased a hard drive other than a retail drive, so I had a couple questions...

1) What does the drive come with? Does it come with an ATA100 capable cable and screws? How about a power supply splitter?

2) I plan to install win2k and win98 dual boot on it. Other than 5 - 10 gig partitions for my OSes, I want to make 1-3 partions for the rest of the space. Do win2k or win98 have any problems with large partitions? The only draw back I know of is cluster size.

Western Digital makes that hard drive, not Dell (just so you know)

if it's OEM, you're just gonna get the hard drive in an antistatic bag and that's it (unless Dell decides to throw in other stuff, but i doubt it)

as long as you use FAT32 or NTFS (only for win2k), you'll be fine with large partition sizes....win95 used to have problems because it used FAT16, but win98 does FAT32 natively

I got that WD120JB a while back and all it came in was a shipping box, some foam, antistatic bag, HDD, and a jumper for master/slave for the HDD.
