surprised no one else has posted this yet, but since not, here i go ...
BEST DEAL (IMHO)
Office Max, buy Deluxe or Premium and get a shredder (actually a decent one), 10 reams of paper, AND a $20 gift card!
CompUSA, get a USB thumb drive in a pen
Office Depot, get a real USB thumb drive
Best Buy, set $20 towards DVD movies
Haven't actually tried the proggy yet, but since I haven't PAID for quicken since the 1998 release (got it free twice for being a beta tester) this seemed a good time to upgrade. I'm assuming that, like the last 3-4 releases, the look/feel/features haven't changed much, but they've added a bunch of hooks to their web-based services. Personally I'll probably still switch to Money next Winter when they do the annual tax proggy bundles.
