Quiet Power Supply?

I've been reading on here about the BEST power supplies but I can't find anywhere that says what is a really reliable nice 300+W power supply that is very quiet. My machine is driving me crazy as well as the two at work next to my desk. My boss said he'd like to get three of them.

if you're willing to get your hands dirty, i recommend finding the best power supply you can, then buying a panaflo L1A and replacing the fan inside with it.

I have a 350W Enermax Whisper in a system I built to be as quiet as possible. It has a dial on the back that allows you to turn up the fan speed, but even when it's all the way up I can't hear it running.
I?m extremely conscious about the sound produced by my PC, and I couldn?t be happier with my Enermax Whisper.

Now here's a little question off the subject. Will going up 50W be any more money on the electric bill? My sister is insisiting that leaving the computer on all day with the monitor off is killing our electric bill...but I didn't think the computer was that bad.

Getting a 500W power supply shouldn't draw any more power than a 300W power supply in the same computer. The Power supply only draws as much power an needed.. no more... I'm no expert in this but this is what I have read on websites..

I got an Enermax 350 w/ dual fans.. and it's really impressive... i can BARELY hear it. I sleep with it on all the time. Enermax all the way.
