"WELL XXXXX DONT GET YOU PANTIES IN A BUNCH STOP PMSING ITS ON ITS WAY MY ADVICE MR XXXX GET SOME NEW CHOP STICKS CHILL OUT AND ENJOY I SENT YOU 4 FOR THE PRICE OF 3"
Interesting . . . this person sounds like a jerk. I hope you do get your parcel, and everything is intact. You haven't indicated whether your parcel has arrived. My guess would be that this so-called business is a sole proprietorship. I like to avoid those kinds of businesses.
Can I ask why you ever purchased from a site that had one man's business and unprofessional look written all over it? What professional business capitalises all letters and writes in a teenager's or scammer's tone? Did you read reviews that convinced you otherwise?
Here are some tips for ordering from sites:
- Check for reviews from other customers if possible. Consider sites such as resellerratings.com
- Make sure to navigate the site and see how professionally done
- Make sure there are none to minimal typographical errors, and zero grammatical errors
- Check the year copyrighted. If possible, use your browser's source to see when last the site was updated.
- Compare prices to other companies' to establish that items aren't outrageously priced.
- Most importantly, when writing a company or an individual doing business, endeavour to keep it as professional as possible. Even the nastiest person would tone down if you sound professional. They'll suspect you know your stuff and can get them in trouble legally.
Your e-mail was reasonable, but it could lead the person to think of you as a vulnerable person or a kid. It's my personal decision never to rate someone whom I do not know and never had experience with. Therefore, although it seems obvious that this person is a loser, I will not post any comments in the link. Nevertheless, I will let anyone know to avoid such site. Hope you get your matter resolved and as soon as possible.
