I'm guessing that Jeannette may be town in pennsylvania? Anyone wanna go take a crap right in front of his store every morning for a few months and see how irratated he gets? I think that would be some sweet revenge.

Me neither. It just says:"This merchant is not yet rated and reviewed".

"WELL XXXXX DONT GET YOU PANTIES IN A BUNCH STOP PMSING ITS ON ITS WAY MY ADVICE MR XXXX GET SOME NEW CHOP STICKS CHILL OUT AND ENJOY I SENT YOU 4 FOR THE PRICE OF 3"

Interesting . . . this person sounds like a jerk. I hope you do get your parcel, and everything is intact. You haven't indicated whether your parcel has arrived. My guess would be that this so-called business is a sole proprietorship. I like to avoid those kinds of businesses.

Can I ask why you ever purchased from a site that had one man's business and unprofessional look written all over it? What professional business capitalises all letters and writes in a teenager's or scammer's tone? Did you read reviews that convinced you otherwise?

Here are some tips for ordering from sites:

- Check for reviews from other customers if possible. Consider sites such as resellerratings.com
- Make sure to navigate the site and see how professionally done
- Make sure there are none to minimal typographical errors, and zero grammatical errors
- Check the year copyrighted. If possible, use your browser's source to see when last the site was updated.
- Compare prices to other companies' to establish that items aren't outrageously priced.
- Most importantly, when writing a company or an individual doing business, endeavour to keep it as professional as possible. Even the nastiest person would tone down if you sound professional. They'll suspect you know your stuff and can get them in trouble legally.

Your e-mail was reasonable, but it could lead the person to think of you as a vulnerable person or a kid. It's my personal decision never to rate someone whom I do not know and never had experience with. Therefore, although it seems obvious that this person is a loser, I will not post any comments in the link. Nevertheless, I will let anyone know to avoid such site. Hope you get your matter resolved and as soon as possible.

I just hope you are being honest with your replies Takeru....most of the times I have seen outbursts like that it is over the n00b that does an online order friday night at 6pm and sends a flaming ass email monday at 9am that comes in right after the owner sends a confirmation from his morning to do list. Did you order these wedneday night before thanksgiving perhaps? You can't expect automation like amazon and newegg from a mom and pop store even if they have a Yahoo Shopping page.

What dates are we talking here?

I see, Takeru. Thanks for the explanation. I can now understand your decision to order from the site, in spite of the suspicious appearance. Good to know that you received your parcel!

Here's something that would have cracked me up and raised the red flag, putting aside the grammatical errors:

1) "WE ARE A FULL SERVICE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED VAC SHOP GEARED FOR TODAY'S NEEDS. WE CARRY HIGH QUALITY VACUUMS AT A GREAT PRICE! AS WELL AS ORIGINAL PARTS FOR ALL BRANDS."

2) "REMEMBER WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY !!!! ................WWW.AONEVACUUM.COM ....................... YOUR SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AS I WANT TO BE YOUR ONLY SUPPLIER.

PLEASE CONTACT ME SHOULD THERE EVER BE A PROBLEM AND I WILL RESOLVE IT."

So he jumped from referring to the business as family owned and "We" to saying "I". Generally, I don't like it when employees of sole proprietorship businesses say "I don't carry. . .", instead of "We". People who say that are usually rude and aren't professional. But putting that aside, this person was inconsistent with "We" and "I".

Anyway, you received your parcel at the end, in spite of the hassle. Hopefully your review will help other potential customers in the future.

That's ridiculous - if I went to Black Friday sales at BB, got a pretty good deal, but the sales associate cussed me out while in line, I'm supposed to be grateful for the good deal and thank the asshole?

another thing I forgot to add:

so many use the damn USPS priority boxes inside out or the labels from the UPS/FedEx systems or a Priority label and just cut off or black marker out the company logos....the worst part is even obvious ones are still delivered (I got a USPS Priority boxed FedEx package that was right side out).....total abuse of free supplies.

What I do if I need a priority box sized box to send with fedex or ups is to take a priority box and another larger box from the grocery store and use it as a template.....

The most anal shipper is USPS....I brown papered one of their boxes and they bished saying people do that to scam a free box....I was shipping it priority.

i can assure you i am quite honest about this, or else i wouldn't be making such a big fuss about it. as for time frames, did you read my original post? its the second sentence. if you want more information: i ordered early nov 17th, first email sent to him the evening of the 21st, and tracking showed it to be shipped the 19th. so he had two whole days to send word to me of shipment but didn't. at the least even an email notification that he will be sending it out soon or confirmation that he even received my order would have been nice, but i had nothing.
