background info: i bought 3 vacuum belts from a yahoo store. 4 days pass without any word of shipment or order status so i emailed asking for order status info. keep in mind i am asian.

email from me:
on XXXXXXXXX i made an order on your web page. it is now the night of the XXst and i have yet to hear anything about my order from you. attached is a copy of my receipt.

reply from them:
WELL XXXXX DONT GET YOU PANTIES IN A BUNCH STOP PMSING ITS ON ITS WAY MY ADVICE MR XXXX GET SOME NEW CHOP STICKS CHILL OUT AND ENJOY I SENT YOU 4 FOR THE PRICE OF 3

thanks for the information. i think your customers would actually appreciate notification that the order is actually SHIPPED. four days after ordering from an online store and not hearing one single word from them is unnerving to say the least. the least to be expected would have been notification of shipment and a tracking number. what good is using ups if the customer doesn't even know if their order shipped yet or not? again, thanks for the information, and i hope you will try to see how it is from your customers point of view in the future.

I would cancel the order,print up the emails and send em along to the CS dept of your CC company.I'd also contact the attorney general of my state to lodge a complaint.
