thanks for the information. i think your customers would actually appreciate notification that the order is actually SHIPPED. four days after ordering from an online store and not hearing one single word from them is unnerving to say the least. the least to be expected would have been notification of shipment and a tracking number. what good is using ups if the customer doesn't even know if their order shipped yet or not? again, thanks for the information, and i hope you will try to see how it is from your customers point of view in the future.
