IIRC it has already been leaked that R580 won't make its debut at CeBit, which is March 9-15. Chances are if ATI can't make that, R580 is still a ways off. Besides, if R580 was to launch in say Jan or Feb it would most likely cannibalize the sales of the X1800XT. Of course, nothing is concrete yet though.

He would indeed. He'd still just be parroting what he heard in B3D's forums and in B3D's X1800 review, but he trusts the sources, as those numbers turned out to be accurate so far (RV515, RV530, R520).
