Reseller ratings only have two votes for two separate entries of this company, doesn't look too promising but if you wanna give it shot...

not bad.

considering that this card comes with SDR... rather than DDR.
i'd actually take my radeon LE 32mb DDR with v-out for 55 shipped over this deal.

77+10.95sh=87.95.

again... not bad.

I don't believe that any 7500s are made with SDR, it's probably just a misquote.

Does anyone know a major retailer carrying this exact card? I was thinking of using Amex Blue to price-match it, but the ones at Outpost.com and Buy.com have slightly different packaging...

Thanks.

64 MB DDR SDRAM but their adtype says

<< Powered by the RADEON graphics processing unit (GPU) >>

and that (even thou they are showing a regular Ati Retail box) could be just an Ati-powered made by joecoolnot's vid card shack. Like was said earlier...Watch what you buy..I'll pass...only 2 reviews on resellerratings.com....definitely nope.

now i'm getting really confused with this site.

contrary to what bearone stated... i don't see 7500 with sdr. i only see ddr.
but it's interesting to see that this enet marketing is selling both sdr and ddr of this card.

it could be scrapsilicon said... in that it's a third party vendor using radeon 7500 technology.

but when they do that, they're usually not as blunt about copying ATI logo and stating that it's ATI's 7500.

here's another very interesting thing about this deal.

compusa ATI 7500 pic
ATI's ATI7500 pic
enet marketing's ATI 7500 pic

while compusa and ati's picture matches...
enet's don't.

hmm..

and the number on this look more like a 7600 than 7500.

i'm trying to do some search as to whether radeon 7600 exists...
early showing seems to indicate that in asian market... it does exist.

links corrected.

This is NOT a retail ATI Radeon 7500, but rather one of the "authorized" 7500's. Probably a fine deal but you can find Powercolor for the smae price I think. Personally, I like the Retail ATI 7500 since it has faster core and RAM and OC's real nice.

Radeon 7500 clone with SDRAM: $77
Shipping: $16.95
CA Tax: $6.35

Total: $100.30 shipped to Cali.

Shipping is kinda steep, and definitely getting cool if you want it in CA.

Why not get this ATI RADEON 7500 SDRAM 64MB AGP TV OUT/ DVI (color BOX) Powered by the RADEON 7500 64MB SDRAM AGP4X TV-Out/dvi, 3 yrs Dealer warranty from Alpha International Business Inc.
800-933-5455 909-595-1668. Seems like same board for same price with warranty and they claim it is a real ATI card in a real ATI box. Shipping seems a little cheaper too only problem is not sure what Dearer as oposed to Manufacturer waranty is all about. If it is a real ATI retail card dont ATI warantee it??

If you look on Pricewatch, the 3 cheapest cards ( and at least one further down) all specify SDRAM.
Of course I did see one description that specified "64MB DDR SDRAM". WTF?? Doesn't seem like that many places would make the same misprint when it makes their card less desirable.

Question: How does the KyroII compare with the Radeon 7500? I have been trying to decide what to get in this price range.

Kyro II is on the ropes at the moment. What are you wanting the vid card for (gaming, office apps, etc.) ? If for cheap very good gaming grab the GTS-V at newegg for $56 shipped you will love yourself if for DVD playback and occasional gaming grab a Real made by Ati Radeon 7500 for about $100 or so...(oops flames probably on the picks) had a nVidia Leadtek 32MB GTS seemed my antique PCI Ati AIW 128 16MB played DVD out to my 32" TV better also just appeared better to the g/f and you know if you make her pleased ...hehe

You can get the OEM verision of the ATI 7500 64MB DDR at Newegg.com for $96.00 Shipped. That would be a better deal than this sdr 3rd Party built unit.

I saw the genuine "ATI made" "retail boxed" Radeon 7500 DDR being sold for $99 and 8500 DDR for $179 at the computer show I went last weekend in Buena Park, CA, although I did not get any.

In reference to an earlier posting in this thread, it looks as though resellerratings appears to have fallen off the map. A sad day. Anyone know of an equivalent site? I wonder what happened.
