Radeon LE

Which driver set is the best set to use for a Radeon LE under w2k Sp1. Just got mine in today and can not wait to use it.

All the Radeon drivers are the same. Go to ATI's Radeon drivers page or the RAGE 3D page and download the drivers you need for W2K.

You might also see this message regarding the stability of the beta drivers, version 3132 or something like that.

Always get newer (newest) beta Drivers. Check rage3d (link in above post). The 'supported' drivers are very outdated. If the newest beta drivers are messed up on your system (doubtful), then get the next newest ones.

Personally, I'm running Win98SE with a Radeon DDR LE and I always get the newest drivers. No problems so far.

All just got it installed and played around with it. Used the latest drivers, didn't seem to have any problems. 1600x1200x32bppx85hz not as good as my G400 but not horrible. Played some Q3 and some tribes. Some good no problems that I can see. Overclocked to 167/167 seems stable so far. Do you think I schould have a fan??

Ran 3dmark 2000 and 2001, ran them fine, no score but then again neither one of them have given me reliebe scores. 2000 gives me a score of 33 and 2001 refuse to even post a score but they run fine.

Any other games I schould look at. Will give black and white a try later. Oh ya I went though the radeon twicker and put on things that I thought would help, went by reading there selections.

Any suggestions from LE users would be nice.
