Radeon RX 6600 XT, screen flickering

I have a second PC, connected to Samsung QN900A
The screen just keeps flickering, no matter what I'm doing
Web browsing, watching YouTube, etc
I already tried to uninstall with DDU, didn't help, tried 3 different HDMI 2.1 cables, no go
Someone, with the same issue, disabled the virtual super resolution, but I don't have this option
Could anyone help me, please?

Hmm, I don't have the issue, but have you tried the same card with a different monitor? Could it be the screen itself? Does the same monitor flicker with the 4090?

This would point to something having to do with the card possibly, or at least something with card and this monitor. Is there another monitor you can try to make sure it isn't just the card? Also, one thing that may help you can try: disable adaptive sync/freesync if your monitor supports it and it is currently enabled.

I just looked at your TV specs, HDMI 2.1 says the max is 8K 60 and your TV does 120MHz plus interpolation. I'd check and see what your display settings are on the PC. Perhaps the Nvidia drivers are doing something auto, that you will have to set manually with the AMD card.

If you want to see if VSR fixes it, go into the adrenalin software center, click on the settings wheel on the top right, go to display, and toggle it on. If you are not seeing the app in the taskbar, it's in all apps.
