Radio Shack Black Friday Ads

I am kicking myself for not getting a printout of the per-customer limits (I am going to try to get a hold of one when I stop by the store tomorrow). But, I have the name and phone number of the store manager who explicitly told me that the limit is 6 (with the rebate, as long as they are mailed separately.) Also, the "one per customer" is not the same as "one per household". So, I am going to mail in one rebate form in the name of each member of my family (me, my wife and my 4 kids) to increase my odds.

If the rebates don't come through, I'll contact the store manager and/or Radio Shack customer support and appeal.

My brother-in-law got the same deal (but he only bought 4 packs). He got the exact same story from the store manager when we went a few hours later. So, I am definitely not the only person who was told this information.

Update:
I just spoke with an RS store manager, who said that today (Sunday) RS is honoring all the sales from Friday (Black Friday). She received this information from their nationwide message system for store managers. So, if you missed any Black Friday sales at RS (like the 50pk CD-Rs FAR limit 6 per customer) then you might want to try again today. I did not get all the details, so YMMV and I suggest that you call your local store first.

Regarding the 6 rebates for the CD-Rs: When I spoke with the RS store manager this morning, she said that RS corporate office sent out a nationwide message to all store managers yesterday (Saturday) stating that even though the rebate forms say "one per customer", that the rebates will be honored for all items purchased on Black Friday as per the "per customer limits" that were displayed in the store.

So, I got 300 Ridata CD-Rs from RS and 100 Khypermedia from Office Max - all FAR. That should last me awhile .
