Raid Help Requested

Ok, Right now I have 2 160gb drives running in a Raid-0 configuration..

I am thinking of picking up another 120 drive (hot deals).. Can I just drop that 120 in the array? When I rebuild will it destroy my data? Is this even possible?

You left out a key bit of information: what motherboard/raid card (if not on the mobo) are you using?
